To start a project, simply contact us. During the consultation, our manager will guide you through our workflow and inform you of the necessary files we require for a project brief. Following this, our manager will provide you with a quote for your project and discuss the agreed price and time frame. Once we have established a plan, we can begin working together on your project. For projects that cost over 2k USD, we offer both pre-paid and 50-50 payment options (before and after results).

The cost of a project depends on its requirements. To learn more about our pricing policy, please refer to our price list. If you would like to know the exact cost of your project, please fill out the quote request form below, and we will provide you with a price within 24 hours.

We use a rigorous double quality control system to ensure the quality of our work. This involves two levels of review, with project managers checking results against our AI Rendering Analysis (AIRA) and mentors evaluating the work for compliance with our studio’s aesthetic quality standards.

Generally, you can send us any kind of files, including hand sketches or video briefings. However, we prefer to work with specific file formats, such as CAD, pdf, or other vector formats for plans and drawings, and stl, 3ds, max, or obj formats for 3D models. If you have a specific project idea, please send us everything you have.

Our “On-time or for free” guarantee means that if we fail to deliver your 3D renders on time, we will refund your full payment. To qualify for this program, you must follow three conditions: make a 100% payment before the project, communicate with your 3D rendering team daily, and leave all comments, revisions, and adjustments within 12 hours of the deadline at the latest.

We take your data privacy seriously and guarantee that any information about your company and projects will not become public, as outlined in our Privacy Policy and NDA. We also offer standard and extended copyrights for the visual materials you receive, and we take payments via transparent international systems.

Our user-friendly CRM system makes the process simple. All you need to do is start your project, provide a brief, and stay in contact during the process. On the CRM platform, you can receive regular updates on progress, intermediate results, make revisions, and approve the final outcome.

You can communicate with our project managers and teams throughout the process via our online CRM platform, available on all operating systems. You can ask questions, leave comments, and check on progress at any time.

We can handle as many projects as you need, regardless of their scale. We have teams available to work on your projects simultaneously.

Yes, we offer free corrections for your project. However, the changes you request should not exceed 60% of the original project workload. If it exceeds this limit, we will consider it a new project and will provide you with a separate quote.

We require a 50% deposit upfront, but you can pay the remaining balance after you have approved the results with a watermark.

The standard turnaround time for an architectural rendering project is one week, while interior design rendering projects take 48-64 hours. With our project managers handling the details and connections between teams, you can wait for the final results without worrying about the intricacies of project management.

We can accommodate urgent projects by adjusting our workflow, working overtime and weekends, and limiting revision rounds. However, please consider the rendering time and inform us at least 12 hours before the deadline.
