Refund policy

Our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients is of utmost importance to us. In line with this, we have developed the following refund policy, which outlines the conditions under which a refund may be granted.

1. Full Refunds We offer a full refund in the following circumstances:

• If we are unable to complete the client’s order
• If the client requests to cancel the order before the development process begins.

2. Partial Refunds We offer partial refunds in the following circumstances:

• If the client is not reasonably and legitimately satisfied with the quality of the image or service and provides a comprehensive proof/explanation of the matter( decided by us ).
• If the client is not satisfied with the resulting product, a refund may be issued upon mutual agreement of both parties and the clearance of all details related to the refund.

3. Minor Errors In cases where the order is completed according to the client’s specifications, some minor errors may be deemed acceptable and cannot be a reason for a full or partial refund.
4. Closed Task If there is no feedback from the client for 14 days after we submit the final results, the task will be considered closed. In such a case, the fee will be deducted from the client’s ARvisAR account, and a refund will not be issued.
