Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us and we have prepared this Privacy Policy to explain to you how we collect, use and share your personal information.  This Privacy Policy governs the Web sites operated by ARVISAR LC . (“ARvisAR”),, including, without limitation, the Web site currently located at ARVISAR.com (collectively, the “Site”).  By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy.  Please read this Privacy Policy carefully, and if you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

1. PAYMENT METHODS

The Service currently uses third parties to process payments. Our third-party payment processors accept payments through various credit cards, as detailed on the applicable payment screen (Credit Card, Debit Card, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal). ARvisAR does not keep the payment card information of its customers

2. PAYMENT

2.1. BASICS

We reserve the right to refuse to work on any project, without the need for providing justification therefore. We will not provide services for any project or potential client for the content that is offensive, illegal, or which contains illicit or infringing material.

Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day that the project is created. Refunds are provided under certain circumstances, as set forth in “REFUND POLICY”

2.2. DEPOSITS AND CREDITS

2.2.1. You can make payments in one of two ways: you can “pay it now” or you can buy ARvisAR credits via your account.

2.2.2. If you choose to make a payment using a method that is not ARvisAR credits you will be redirected to a payment method provider, and you may be required to pay 50% payable upon initiation of project (exception – visualization projects will require a 100% deposit) and 50% final payment after approval of the project (maximum 15 days)

2.2.3. When you deposit money into your ARvisAR account it is converted by your financial institution from your currency to US Dollars. We then convert those US Dollars to ARvisAR credits.

2.2.4. Credits are the virtual currency on ARvisAR and one (1) ARvisAR credit is equal to one (1) US Dollar. ARvisAR credits can only be used to pay for ARvisAR transactions. We do not generally refund any monies deposited to your ARvisAR account (but you may have rights under applicable consumer law, which we don’t exclude).

2.2.5. If you find errors or proposes any modifications or corrections to the final result of the service provided within 14 days from the provision of the service, we will make all the necessary corrections without any extra fee.

2.2.6. If you find errors or proposes any modifications or corrections to the final result of the service provided after 14 days from the provision of the service, we will make all the necessary corrections for an extra fee.

2.2.7. If you do not propose any modifications or corrections within 30 days after the provision of intermediate results of the service provided, then the service will be considered provided in full and upon the expiration of this period, we will make all the necessary modifications or corrections for an extra fee.

2.2.8. If you make an assessment of the final results of the service provided by means of “giving stars” during any period, we will make all the necessary modifications or corrections for an extra fee.

2.2.9. If you wish to make any modifications or corrections on you own initiative and they are not related to inadequate quality of the result of the provision of the service, we will make them for an extra fee.

3. CURRENCY CONVERSION COSTS

You are responsible for all costs of currency conversion relating to your ARvisAR account. Your financial institution does the currency conversion and may charge you additional fees (we don’t control either the conversion rates or your financial institution’s fees).

4. TAXES

Clients are responsible for determining and paying the appropriate government taxes, fees, and service charges resulting from a transaction. We are not responsible for collecting, reporting, paying, or remitting to you any such taxes, fees, or service charges, except

5 REFUND POLICY

Our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients is of utmost importance to us. In line with this, we have developed the following refund policy, which outlines the conditions under which a refund may be granted.

  1. Full Refunds We offer a full refund in the following circumstances:
  • If we are unable to complete the client’s order
  • If the client requests to cancel the order before the development process begins.
  1. Partial Refunds We offer partial refunds in the following circumstances:
  • If the client is not reasonably and legitimately satisfied with the quality of the image or service and provides a comprehensive proof/explanation of the matter
  • If the client is not satisfied with the resulting product, a refund may be issued upon mutual agreement of both parties and the clearance of all details related to the refund.
  1. Minor Errors In cases where the order is completed according to the client’s specifications, some minor errors may be deemed acceptable and cannot be a reason for a full or partial refund.
  2. Closed Task If there is no feedback from the client for 14 days after we submit the final results, the task will be considered closed. In such a case, the fee will be deducted from the client’s ARvisAR account, and a refund will not be issued.
